Entry is free and people can join from 10.30am to 12.30pm on Saturday, July 5th, families can enjoy live music and circus skills!
The fair will also feature ceramic painting, goo making, and a raffle.
Mitochondrial disease is a genetic and affects the cells in the body, and can cause a range of symptoms which affect various organs.
Kieran's specific diagnosis means a part of his mitochondrial energy production system is not working correctly, posing significant health challenges for him.
Kieran and his fundraising team never stop and aim to bring the community together to boost his bucket list efforts!
