The Rutland Showground was alive with excitement this weekend as over 2,500 canine competitors and their handlers from nine countries gathered for the world’s largest dog agility festival.

The Kennel Club International Agility Festival, which ran from 7–10 August, brought four days of fast-paced, tail-wagging action to the heart of the East Midlands.

Dogs of all breeds, sizes, and experience levels took to the field, navigating an impressive 250 competitions across 18 rings.

From high-speed tunnel dashes to gravity-defying jumps and weaving challenges, the event showcased the remarkable bond between dogs and their handlers, as well as the agility, intelligence, and enthusiasm of the four-legged athletes.
