Young Stars Help Launch Amazing Brand-New Pre-School at Popular Primary
By Schools Correspondent
Children were the VIP guests as a much-anticipated new pre-school officially opened at a picturesque Clevedon school.
Three-year-olds Charlie and Sophie, both pictured helped cut the ribbon at the launch of the new pre-school at All Saints Church of England Primary School, celebrating in style as they explored the bright indoor spaces and brand-new outdoor play equipment.

They celebrated by playing in their new kitchen and with a variety of other indoor and outdoor equipment.
Set in picturesque surroundings, All Saints CofE Primary is known for its strong values, welcoming ethos and close links with families and the local church.
The opening of the pre-school marks a major step in supporting children from their very earliest years right all through to primary education.

The celebration brought together trustees and governors, representatives from the Church of England Diocese, and guests from the North Somerset Early Years Team.
Headteacher Stephen Webber, who officially opened the centre, said:
“It was wonderful to launch this new pre-school and we are already seeing huge interest from families in the community. It’s an exciting development for All Saints and for early years education in Clevedon.”
The pre-school is the 10th to be launched by the Futura Learning Partnership, responding to growing demand for early years places following the Government’s expansion of funded childcare hours for working parents.
From next academic year, the setting will also welcome two-year-olds, increasing capacity to 26 places in total and giving families even more flexibility and choice.

A small number of places are still available for the current academic year, while applications for 2026 are open until March 31. Further details can be found on the school’s website.
Tim Howes, Chief Operating Officer of Futura Learning Partnership, added:
“Our pre-schools are proving incredibly popular. We’re proud to be creating excellent early years environments within schools across our Trust, helping children get the very best start.”
