The Project: From Wasted Space to Functional Driveway
Rob’s outdoor area was cluttered, uneven, and insecure — making it unsuitable for parking or practical use. His vision? A durable parking space, secure fencing, and a long-lasting finish that would add value, security, and peace of mind.
The Evolution team began with a full site clearance: demolishing an old shed, removing shrubs, roots, and concrete, and levelling the ground.

From there, they built a 105m² block-paved parking areausing compacted base layers and a drainage-ready soakaway system to prevent water build-up and flooding.
To secure the space, they installed 25 metres of pressure-treated timber fencing with a 1-metre wide gate, fitted with heavy-duty hinges, latches, and a secure locking system.
