Meerkats get front-row seats for Bristol Balloon Fiesta

Visitors heading to the Bristol Balloon Fiesta aren’t the only ones enjoying the sight of hot air balloons over the city.
The meerkats at Noah's Ark Zoo Farm have also been getting a good view, with the colourful balloons drifting overhead.
The annual Bristol Balloon Fiesta is taking place at Ashton Court, with more than 100 balloons expected to take part in the event.
While thousands of people head out to find a good spot to watch the balloons, the meerkats have managed to get themselves some pretty impressive seats of their own.
From their home at Noah's ark Zoo Farm, they have been able to watch the balloons pass across the sky – providing an unusual bit of entertainment for the curious animals.
And judging by these pictures, they certainly seem to have noticed what’s going on above them.
Not a bad view for a meerkat!
