The new Pure Café in Jill, Dando’s hometown of Weston-super-Mare, Somerset is believed to be the first of its type in the UK.

The cafe was founded by Frank Spackman, who is one of the team that put delicious meals on the menu for Prince William and Kate Middleton’s royal wedding.

Completely calorie controlled, Mr Spackman said to the Weston Mercury that it allows you to ‘relax, enjoy a great hot drink, enjoy some small chat and just let the day go away without any worries.’

With an increasing demand for clean eating environments, they are open from 4-9 p.m. Wednesday through to Saturday for Tapas, and from Tuesday to Saturday from 9 a.m. for the breakfast and lunch menu!

Oliver is a reporter for Jill Dando News in the former school of Jill, Worle Academy in Weston-super-Mare, part of The Priory Learning Trust.

Reporters around Somerset find and publish positive good news, while remaining kind, humble and positive, just in the style of Jill Dando.

They post their stories on to the Good News Post, and into the wider media and social media.
