Three-Year-Old Becomes World’s Youngest Motivational Speaker

By Jill Dando News
GUINNESS WORLD RECORDS (GWR), celebrating its 70th anniversary in 2025, is pleased to announce Master Caleb Stewart became the youngest motivational speaker (male) at age 3 years 307 days when he gave his first speech on the importance of self-belief.
His first speech was at ALARM International Church in Tallahassee, Florida on March 25, 2018.
Caleb remembers his first speech fondly: “Everyone stood up for me and I felt proud of myself.”
He continued with “It felt really good to see how I made an impact and inspired everyone.”
Caleb turned 11-years-old last month, but his mission remains the same: encouraging kids to read and believe in themselves!
He continues to speak to schools, churches, and community leaders about topics ranging from dreaming big and believing in yourself to the importance of literacy and reading fluency.

He memorizes his speeches after writing them by picking a topic, breaking his thoughts into segments, then putting it together to study. Caleb says his advice to someone giving a speech is “Be confident, be calm, and if you mess up, keep going. Speak loud and clear.”
His name, Master Caleb, came from an elder at his church who called him the “Master of Reading.”
He mastered reading at age two.
He explains, “Just like a Master Gardener or a Master Cher, I am a Master Reader!”
It’s a family affair for Caleb. He shares his favorite speaker to listen to is his Uncle Al, Bishop Alvin Stewart. His grandmother Valerie, Caleb’s Mema, is who inspires him most and assists with his motivational speaking and academic growth.
When he grows up, Caleb dreams of working in education, like a teacher, and being a motivational speaker and reading coach.
His goal is to start his own school to help other kids.
Someday, he hopes to speak at a big sports stadium during a halftime show! Caleb wants other kids to know that “If I can do it, they can do it too!”
