On work experience week, a group of us in Year 10 visited All Saints School and Baytree school.

We had bought plants with a grant from Sustainable Clevedon Climate and Nature from a local nursery.

The plants we chose we knew would help the bees and we also knew the smell would be good so the students in the primary schools might learn the names of the flowers and herbs from how they smelt.

We had wonderful conversations with the students in Pink Class at Baytree. Then when we visited All Saints we gave an assembly about how important to make positive change no matter what your age is.

We then dug up the front of All Saints School and the whole school came out in shifts and helped us plant.

It looked so good when it was complete but was also so tiring!

We hope to visit again next year and see how the gardens are growing.
