Christmas Black-Tie Charity Ball Hits Near Sell-Out as Only Four Seats Remain
By Charities Correspondent
Only four tickets remain for one of Weston-super-Mare’s most anticipated festive events in Somerset, as the Elementa Education Group prepares to host its annual Black-Tie Charity Ball & Gala Dinner this Saturday (6 December) at the Winter Gardens.
The prestigious event will bring together local businesses, families and community supporters for an evening of celebration, fundraising and entertainment — all in aid of the Nessa Fund and Weston Hospicecare.
Guests will be welcomed with a sparkling drinks reception before sitting down to a three-course gala dinner.
The night also features more than 25 raffle prizes, a live auction, festive games and a full evening of music and dancing led by a professional DJ.
One of the event’s highlights will be a showcase of original artwork, festive prints and handcrafted Christmas baubles by local artist Sophie Long.
These limited-edition baubles — available for pre-order and purchase on the night — are expected to be popular keepsakes for attendees while also contributing to fundraising totals.
Proceeds from the ball will support families in crisis across North Somerset via the Nessa Fund, which provides personalised guidance, resources and urgent support. Funds will also help Weston Hospicecare continue delivering vital, compassionate services to patients and their families.
Organisers say the event not only raises essential funding but also reflects the community’s enduring spirit of generosity.
Sarah Morrison, founder of Elementa Education Group said:
“This promises to be a fantastic event for wonderful causes. Every ticket sold directly helps local families and supports crucial hospice care.
“With only four tickets left, we’re encouraging anyone who wants to be part of a magical and meaningful night to book quickly.”
Hosted at the historic Winter Gardens, the black-tie ball is expected to be one of the venue’s standout festive events of the year.
Tickets are almost sold out, with only four remaining. Organisers urge anyone interested in attending to secure their place as soon as possible.
