Award-winning entrepreneur and allergy advocate Julianne Ponan MBE has been named a finalist in the prestigious Business Woman of the Year category at the 2025 Enterprise Vision Awards (EVAs).

Julianne, who is the CEO and founder of Creative Nature, joins an impressive list of women recognised for their impact, leadership, and entrepreneurial spirit.

The Business Woman of the Year award is one of the most sought-after titles in the EVA programme, celebrating women who have shown exceptional business acumen, resilience, and leadership.

Julianne said: "It’s a real honour to be shortlisted in this category. As someone who started a business motivated by my own personal struggles living with food allergies and a genuine desire to make life easier and safer for others, it means so much to be recognised in this way.
“What I love about these awards is that they recognise purpose, not just profit. That’s exactly what drives us at Creative Nature.”

Julianne launched Creative Nature in response to her own life-threatening allergies, creating a brand that offers snacks, baking mixes, and superfoods free from the top 14 allergens.

What began as a personal mission has grown into a nationally recognised brand, with products now stocked across major retailers and exported internationally.

In 2023, she received an MBE for Services to Business, Exports and People with Allergies, presented to her by HRH The Princess Royal at Windsor Castle.

Creative Nature’s success is a testament to Julianne’s determination, particularly in a food industry that hasn’t always embraced inclusivity. Under her leadership, the company has become known for its commitment to creating safe, delicious, and innovative products without compromise.

The Enterprise Vision Awards are the UK’s largest business awards dedicated solely to women. Now in their 14th year, they celebrate the achievements of women in business across all sectors and backgrounds.

The 2025 ceremony will be held at the iconic Winter Gardens in Blackpool on Friday 26th September, with finalists coming together for a night of recognition, connection and celebration.
