Students Help Shape Clevedon's Future Nature Boards (By Juno and Liv, Year 8)
By Juno and Liv, Year 8, Good News Room at Clevedon School
Earlier this year, we had the exciting opportunity to meet graphic designer Emily Moran over Microsoft Teams while she was working in Spain.
We also met Helen and Howard from the Clevedon Nature group.
Emily had been commissioned to design a series of nature information boards for locations around Clevedon.
As we live in the town and are interested in biodiversity, she wanted to hear our ideas about what could be included on the boards.
We got straight to work sharing our suggestions.
MORE FROM CLEVEDON:

One of our ideas was to create a nature trail that would appeal to both young and old, making it accessible and interesting for everyone.
We agreed that the seafront and Poets' Walk are popular with visitors, but we also thought it was important to include information about the wildlife beneath the water.
The Marine Lake is home to some fascinating creatures, including harmless jellyfish and eels.
It was great to be able to share our ideas, and we hope they helped Emily as she developed the designs for Clevedon's new nature boards.
