By Community Correspondent Volunteers and residents in Eling, near Southampton, have come together to clear and transform a neglected lane that had become a dumping ground for rubbish. The area was previously strewn with fly-tipped waste, broken glass and discarded furniture, making it unsafe for children and dog walkers.
